Privacy notice

How MNV Marketing Ltd handles personal information sent to us through this website.

Who we are. MNV Marketing Ltd (company no. 13650001), 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, is the controller of personal data described in this notice.

What we collect. When you contact us we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, company, email address, country and project details.

Why we use it. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice our services. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and the performance of a contract.

How the contact form works. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email to our founder and a copy is kept on our web server, protected from public access, so that no enquiry is lost. Our server also briefly records a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address to stop spam and abuse.

How long we keep it. We keep website enquiries for up to 12 months, and other enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for any period required by law for business and tax records.

Sharing. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as email hosting, or where the law requires it.

Your rights. Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Contact mnv@mnvmarketing.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The contact page sets one strictly necessary session cookie that protects the form against forged submissions; it is deleted when you close your browser. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
